30-Days Money Back Guarantee

Our Money Back Guarantee is limited only to scooters purchased directly from our Zoom Online Store at ridezoom.co. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund of your purchase price (excluding any initial shipping and handling charges). A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit). A 10% restocking fee will be
assessed on closed box returns (per unit).

In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within the specified time frame of the said product. The product must be returned to Zoom in its original packaging and condition. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

Please note that the RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product’s package. You will be considered to have returned the said product to Zoom if you have delivered the product to a carrier and have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the product is delivered to Zoom, including paying all shipping charges in returning the product to Zoom. We advise that you select a method of shipping that is traceable.

Risk in the returned product only passes to Zoom when the product is received by Zoom and Zoom shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of Zoom’s receipt of the returned product. In the event that the
procedure herein is not followed, Zoom reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

Please note that for scooters purchased from our dealers, we can only assist in warranty support.

Warranty Support

Your Products (only limited to electric scooters, whether purchased on the Website or through an authorized retailer) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase (if purchased at a retailer), or twelve (12) months from the date of shipment (if purchased on the Website), or other period if the Company expressly notifies you in writing (“Warranty Period”) in each case only when used in accordance with the applicable usage documentation. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Company will, at its option, (1) repair the affected Products at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the affected Products with functionally equivalent Products that are new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, with your consent, Products that are at least functionally equivalent to the Products it replaces; or (3) refund the original purchase price for the affected Products. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long such warranties, conditions, and/or implied terms may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. This warranty is offered in addition to rights and remedies conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations that cannot be statutorily waived, and does not affect your applicable statutory rights.
