Shipping and Delivery Policy
Where is my scooter being shipped from?
For US/Canada orders, your scooter is being shipped from our warehouse facility in US.
For Europe orders, your scooter is being shipped from our warehouse facility in Netherlands. *Note (May 2019 Update): We are out of stock at our NL warehouse currently and will ship out from Asia for Europe/UK orders. As such the shipping time will be longer.
For the rest of the world, your scooter is being shipped from Singapore.
Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it out, it is possible to do so however there is a 5% administrative charge imposed by the payment gateway. Unfortunately, if you have received an email saying that your order is shipped, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation request as the parcel has already been handed over to our delivery partners.
Delivery is free for all electric scooters within Singapore.
Once an order has been placed, you will received a confirmation email from us. If your order is placed before 4pm on a business day (Mon-Fri), we can usually arrange for delivery the following business day.
Our team will contact you via phone to arrange a suitable timing for delivery once your order is confirmed.
Self-collection is also possible at our Bedok showroom.
If your order is placed before 12pm (GMT +8), it will be processed for shipping within the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Processing typically takes around 2-3 business days.
You will be informed once your order has been processed and shipped out.
Shipping Cost and Estimated Shipping Times (For Electric Scooters)
Currently, we are only able to ship to the following countries. Shipping for electric scooters is free for these countries with tracking and signature service. There are also express shipping options for certain countries only. The shipping timings below are estimates and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days.
Business days are from Monday-Friday. Shipping delays can be expected in times of peak traffic such as Christmas and holiday season.
NOTE: We are not able to ship to PO Boxes in US/Canada, please kindly provide us with a physical address instead.
